This is our most common plastic tumbling media, used primarily with aluminum alloys (especially 6061-T6). Intricately engineered for use with soft metals, it is without a doubt an excellent general purpose tumbling media. It has a good media life and will produce fast burr removal as well as effectively clean and surface prep your parts for surface coatings.

This is our most common plastic media. It is an excellent general purpose tumbling media that has been engineered for use on soft metals. The most common application is using it on most aluminum alloys, especially 6061-T6. It will produce fast burr removal, clean your parts, and surface prep your parts for many different types of coatings, yet it has good media life. Surface finish will be a dull matte finish, that will allow your surface coating to adhere to your parts surfaces.
